by This is strange to ask but I would like to ask every one who are already working with or worked with Nationalized Banks as a PO/MT.
I have heard from many of my friends who are officer with Top Nationalized bank that work culture is entirely poor…..Any Idea….Please suggest !!!!
There are many :
1. You will have to work under such seniors who are promoted from attender to officers, this is possible only in Banking Industry..
2. There are number of times when you will have to Lock the bank at the end of the day or you will have to keep the file or search the file from record room by yourself
3. You will ask to take your own decision or sign by yourself even during the initial days of your jobs….No one will tell you anything
4. Services are very poor and you will face the heat of customers…
