Please do anyone tell me what is the salary for Oriental bank of commerce officers in SCALE- II ? What are the employee benefit like quarter rent, petrol bill etc. given to OBC manager rank officers in scale II ? Do the salary and perks of OBC bank is at par with SBI ?

This is strange to ask but I would like to ask every one who are already working with or worked with Nationalized Banks as a PO/MT. I have heard from many of my friends who are officer with Top Nationalized bank that work culture is entirely poor…..Any Idea….Please suggest !!!!
